There was a really cool talk and demo by @bunnie.org on looking inside of WCLSP ICs with IR leds and a camera with the IR filter removed.
Extremly cool how relatively low tech this is, you can clearly see the logic structure of the IC without any physical modification to the soldered down IC.

/etc/rc.netscaler - auto-sync filesystems from /flash/nsconfig. Replace cron with a script that runs whatever you want and then runs the old cron binary you can hide in nsconfig named ZebOS.conf.5, honeypots can teach you new tricks. In my case TA hid ssh keys.
