What will it take for the Supreme Court’s conservatives to acknowledge the obvious political reality that many state legislatures and the Trump administration HATE transgender people and consider them subhuman? The death of transgender people is on their dirty hands. All of them. I am so disgusted.

You are correct but X chromosome does develop before Y chromosome so the first sex designation after conception would be female. So Trump is either nonbinary or female but definitely not male according to his own EO.

I had a memory today. I was 4, and awake in hospital after eye surgery. My eyes were bandaged shut. My arms were tied to bed. I was terrified. But my mother said that a cousin had lent me a phonograph player so I could listen to music in hospital. I went from sad to happy in an instant. #disability
