I do think it's important to add loopholes to all laws, just in case someone doesn't want to follow it.

I don't get the untrained thing. DHS officials are repeatedly telling you the agents are following their training. Just believe them, and then act accordingly.

I would like to point out that everyone at DHS says they are following their training. I think you can just believe them, that they are training their agents the way they want them trained. Abolish.
