Yeah, I called and it said I was first in line, but after 10 minutes on hold, I was unable to wait any longer. There’s also an issue on your site with the coding of the 24 hour number. When you click on it, my phone tried to dial it as a Russia number. I had to manually type it in to call.

As someone who has to transfer from green to yellow at L’Enfant daily, this is horrific. 16 minute waits will be a disaster at rush hour

Why is Green having massive delays too? Bad enough I had to deal with Yellow, but there’s been a huge gap on the Green (about 15 minutes). I left early today and am going to still be late because of this.

@wmatagm.bsky.social Yep, I missed my Green line transfer due to this. I don’t know why we end up holding often going into L’Enfant when there’s nothing in front of us, and I don’t have a lot of faith in the operators when they’re blaming a train that doesn’t exist
