Oh right, State Director for Murkowski also said they’re getting daily death threats not only to Lisa but also all her family members, if she votes no. And getting more yes calls than no on RFK Jr, Gabbard, Vought, etc.

They’ve eliminated Direct File? Maybe we all should take a break from paying our taxes, especially small business owners? After all Musk and his mega corporations don’t pay any real taxes and he’s quickly eliminating any reason for the rest of us to…
It’s a coup, as Heather Cox Richardson says so eloquently. Sens. Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan have a lot to answer for, staying silent while the Musk machine runs the government.

Great episode yesterday about how DeepSeek is about to pull the rug out from under the American AI tech bubble... this guy is a character (and really doesn't like Sam Altman) but I think much of his analysis of the industry is spot on.
