Trump's executive order means nothing. He can't give someone access to Federal computer systems that are protected by numerous federal laws. He can't give someone permission to break the law.

They have no legal authority to be there in the first place. They can't demand anything. Are there reasons why law enforcement has not been called in to any of these agencies?
