I served this country for 27 years in the Navy. Retired Captain in 1997. Served on CV66, DD963, CVN71 and CV59. Served an additional 19 years as a federal civilian. Retired GS15. Served Military Sealift, Joint SPS and FinCEN. I do not recognize our country today. The clown is a stain on our life.

I’m 79 today. I’ve voted in every election since AUH2O. I served in the Navy for 27 years and as a federal civilian for 19 more. I live my oath. Never been ashamed of America - until now. We are the laughingstock of the world as we are led by idiots into a dark period of our history. God help us.

Actually, I think he'll try to stop midterms. He knows he'll lose the House for sure. So, he has two choices - stop midterms (maybe with a war?) or just cut out the need for congress entirely.
