The profit-driven prison industry can’t hide forever. Once the subpoenas land, Noem’s team will have to answer for why they put shareholder gains above human rights.

What’s really interesting is that they don’t. It’s fascinating to watch so many of them act like they don’t get the joke just so they won’t upset him.
