okay, the paper mario spin trainer is basically done! it has a timing bar for optimal spin timing with jump length and start delay data, along with an option to show more detail on jump timing, jump length, start delay, and z-buffer timing.

Had a nice pace in Chapter 8 earlier despite a Chapter 1 dink but couldn't close it out. Won't be able to do attempts for ~10 days, but looking to keep the momentum going when I can get back to it.

Got a super sick beginning today, first 1:22 Chapter 3 exit and best pace for most of the run. Back half wasn't too great but still PBable, just not quite lucky or fast enough. Been cooking with some of these recent attempts, more to come soon.

New best pace out of Chapter 5 earlier today, and run tied with PB into the endgame yesterday. Still lots of room to improve, but feels good to shake off the rust

Safe route PB by nearly a minute. Pretty awesome to see this kind of time with this route. The whole run really wasn't anything special until a lucky and well executed Chapter 8 saved lots of time.

A couple weeks ago I was ~6:06-6:07 pace into Chapter 7 thanks to good Quizmo luck but forgot to turn the items in as Peach (literal irreversible mistake). I feel capable of a mid 6:0x, but this category is too long for me to want to keep committing to it now so I'll come back to it in the future.
