Similar issue. Turned off my adsense thinking it's tracking my location(not showing me anything I'd be interested in or looked into prior, that's for sure 😂🏳️🌈) and I still get things like this:

Hi, YouTube, been having an issue with you all removing my comments that have nothing offensive in them, meanwhile I see the F and N word; spams and scams that get reported and mentioned by dozens of users get ignored. Having porn ads isn't very "think of the children". I am very disappointed.
