Looking specifically at homes in Crozet with at least 4BR, at least 1800 above grade finished square feet, under 1 acre, between $500K and $750K.

Looking at the first one, I recreated it to be a quarterly look. The Crozet data set is so small that the swings appeared greater than they are (although we are absolutely seeing big shifts!)

I'm aiming to provide insight & guidance, not scary/deceptive noise.

Two biggest questions Will gets:

1) Can the trail be closer to my neighborhood? (People want non-car options!!!)
2) Why does it take so dang long to build? (Everyone chuckles, we know this stuff is hard to do.)
