I usually go with Future from std, Stream and Async(Read|Write) from tokio (if what'll write will only be used with tokio, otherwise from futures), and almost no one uses Sink (only in futures afaik)

I recently decided to drop out of university due to mental health reasons. I still want to pursue career in tech, and it's inspiring hearing you talk about having no degree. Really appreciate it!

And that's not only the US, but this also happens in Europe (although one might argue if this is due to the influence of the US on global politics, especially in the last 10-15 years).

My guess is that the right has proclaimed themselves as the only patriots, and the left simply did not care to argue with them, because progressives can create new social bondings (LGBT, BLM, worker unions, whatever), while the conservatists "only" have family, patriotism, and church

In Poland "Wiglia" can mean either the Christmas Eve, the dinner on the Christmas Eve, or rarely even a general "a day before another day".

I've been slowly trying to get back, but I'm mostly scared that recruiters will not even consider my job application if they see that I have not finished my degree.

Do you have any advice for new devs without a CS degree? I've studied computer engineering for a few years, but decided to drop out a year before finishing my bachelors due to mental health considerations.
