A perk of writing in first person is being able to use your protagonist as a yard stick without being too wordy or flinging numbers at the reader.

The word "sidled" has grown in usage over the last 10 years, but is still criminally underused for how cute it sounds.

For anyone who reads #lightnovels and likes protagonists that don't try to be a hero and just want to live their best life, I cannot recommend the Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina by Jougi Shiraishi enough. It directly inspired me to write my own story and I can't wait for Vol. 12's EN release

For anyone who reads #lightnovels and likes protagonists that don't try to be a hero and just want to live their best life, I cannot recommend the Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina by Jougi Shiraishi enough. It directly inspired me to write my own story and I can't wait for Vol. 12's EN release
