How is this not the top headline in MSNOW? And for that matter every other news site, blog and every form of social media? Every Republican talking head should be confronted with this at every appearance.

If this plays out to an indirect criminal contempt against some particular person, and the DOJ refuses to prosecute, and Xinis appoints a special prosecutor because the DOJ refuses to prosecute the contempt, isn't that special prosecutor still subject to oversight by Bondi and the DOJ?

If the Court appoints a special prosecutor for the contempt (which I assume would be an indirect criminal contempt), is that special prosecutor subject to full oversight by the DOJ? If so, can the special prosecutor just be dismissed by Bondi? Or any charges made refused or dismissed by her?
