Indeed it’s Delphi, IN. I just looked at the update for sentencing that u mentioned & indeed that 130 years is well-deserved. I can’t believe that this poor excuse for a human was free to do this crime. One might think he was a habitual offender??

Cud happen on rare occasions. But he seemed more sociopathic than psychotic & cud be functional & charming. However who knows bc so many of these conditions can be mixed. His high level of function leads me to think he’s unlikely schizophrenic or w/ schitzoaffective disorder. Maybe he’s whole DSM?

I’m all over it. I can’t say much bc I’m sure I’ll say something politically incorrect about it but I’m in the majority when I say that while murder shud not be the answer, what many of these companies have done is ostensibly murder their customers by denying coverage! Reprehensible.

You go girl! I love hearing this - gives me new respect! Nice work. It shows them not all of us are pushovers. Anyone can complain but DOING something makes a huge difference in broader scheme - even if they change nothing at least they pay for YOU!

Consumer mistreatment/injustice is a big trigger for me. Healthcare injustice for patients is another (& also hot news topic in our city). We have recourse - we just have to empower ourselves to seize it!

Sorry i over-react when subject comes up. I hate it when big companies take advantage of consumers! Internet/cable is one industry that needs work! I sued a BIG unscrupulous company myself years back (stemming from Superstorm Sandy) & won easily. Sometimes it’s our only recourse!

😡 detestable!! Work the phones on Monday & see if u can do better. I suspect you can! Not giving u service & not crediting you sounds illegal to me (or at least immoral). Small claims may be a good arena for getting legal & financial justice.

Sounds nice - I had to catch up on Christmas shopping & I was very unhappy about it. I’d rather be walking in the snow!!

I know how u feel. I’m still having complications from summer foot surgery so still no pickle for me either. I’m just starting to climb out of virus hole also - but not Covid! Feel better & don’t push urself too hard! It’ll happen. 😊😊 At least that’s what I’m telling myself!

Maybe fios is in ur area? It’s cheaper for me than competitors (maybe bc I’ve had it forever) & muuuuuch better service.
