4 million divided by 11 is 364k. Which means the Walmart makes 364k times more per hour that the average employee. Harvards actual pay for Janitors is about $19/hour (Google is free). That would be 38k ish per year. 400k divide by 38k is about 10.5 per year. Not the same, good effort though.
