In my view, most of the ultra rich have only gotten THAT rich due to overcharging customers or underpaying staff. So it’s not like we’re beating up on hard-working entrepreneurs livin the American dream - No, they OWE it to us.

She would have been criticized if she had been less nice (I prefer “civil” or “professional”) because she still would have been a woman of color.

Atheist here. I don’t know any fellow atheists in my circles who would care AT ALL that someone chose to be a minister. But there are a-holes in every group, regrettably.

I never liked our Target for sort of a weird reason. There was a smell as soon as you walked in the door. I think it was some sort of cleaner or air freshener chemical, but I always hated the smell of it. I could smell it again, just by reading this thread.

YES! I remember my dad lighting a little mosquito repellent coil in the car while we watched the movie. I kind of forgot about that. Can you imagine doing that these days? burning insect repellent inside your closed car with your whole family in it?

To me that sounds like only files related to the Democrats would NOT be able to be released because those would be the ones involved in the investigation. All of these so-called investigations are totally bogus anyway.

It’s heart breaking how many girls have their first experience with sexuality be from forcible rape and cruelty. What a different world this would be if we could all have a happy healthy childhood.

The age of consent in NY is 17. So a 15 year old is not “barely legal”. Not only that, these girls were coerced or even physically forced to participate. Yes, I would call them teens rather than children, but the fact remains that these men KNEW they were breaking the law, and they committed rape.
