booted up BIRDCAGE and honestly what wondrous game; I'll post more detailed thoughts later after I beat it but so far I'm at chapter 4 so I'm a little over halfway through.

Even with being a teacher full time (and taking night classes to study to become a teacher) I still find the time to be okay at 2XKO🙂
Also got a 2nd place finish last night in a duo only tournament with someone I met the same night so that's cool too.

Went to Iron Grid for the first time yesterday and got 5th with a spontaneous duo (i'll post pictures of the event later) and then played an online weekly bracket called clover clash with @dacidbro.bsky.social and we got 3rd! honestly my mood has been a bit more up and down recently. while I always aim to keep an optimistic demeanor as opposed to endlessly dooming; this movie really does help enforce how important it is to keep strong against a wave of sadness and the rewatch kicks hard to keep that faith.
