The problem at Chelsea is the manager, it has always been & before the manager is the owners & SDs of course, but not much can be done with those guys.
The manager is over complicating football & that is messing with the players confidence & that ruins form.

All his ever going to do is touch the ball, let bounce off of him or give an awkward pass & nothing after that.
Delap can't turn with the ball & run on attack, he always has to lay it off. He has no skill only a powerful shot.
