Considering there are companies that own hundreds of houses, it's pretty disgusting that that's allowed whilst people are having to sleep on the streets. I've seen houses get snapped up within 24 hours, I'm not sure how that's possible without doing it sight unseen and with just cold hard cash.

Yea, I've had some stuff arrive earlier in the year to my work without the customs stuff and to receive it I was going to have to pay. I told them to take it with them. The client wasn't too happy cus it caused a delay in a job being done, but they had LOADS of time to get that sorted and did not.

It's not that I don't get it at least somewhat, but the timing leaves a lot of people with no choice but to pay it.

Back when I did game reviews I specialised in early access games. I was always very clear to the status of the game. I successfully argued to not use the standard scoring system as it was equal parts unfair and pointless.

People don't realise how hard it is to be critical sometimes. I know that if I'm generally having a good time I'll gloss over many of the flaws when those don't stop the good time. Worse is when that does happen because then you can't help but see all of the flaws.

Absolutely. Also we've already had a remaster of Combat Evolved. Is there even a market for a remake? We are already ripping into the movie industry for soulless remakes.
