Thus will massively backfire on the admin, Fed workers are waking up collectively. They aren’t feeling helpless or hopeless, on the contrary they are angry. The lapse and rhetoric around the shutdown and RIFFs awoke that anger, this news is stoking it.

Had friends at the USGS and NOAA. Offspring had to put aside certain AmeriCorps activities due to bats with white nose syndrome. Much of this hits too close to home. #ellecordova

4. If a child receives a letter, consider preparing a declaration that particularly highlights the manner in which this ICE letter was delivered, evidence of coercion or intimidation, etc. These declarations may help litigators challenge this.
