Take a moment. Light a candle, write down on a piece of paper what you would like to release from your life; self-doubt, fear of failure, whatever you want to let go of. Fold it 3 times & light the paper in the candle's flame. Set it in a fire safe dish & let it burn to ashes, releasing your woes.
