They’re not. But they could at some point have govt contracts to provide legal services for certain matters.

Agree!! Even the head of the French fascist party recognized it was a HH salute and cancelled plans to appear at CPAC. They’re fascist but don’t want you to think they’re affiliated with fascists.

DEI programs do not violate anti-discrimination laws (if designed properly) so you can certify you’re in compliance even if you have DEI program. This is all a bunch of posturing by Trump and Musk.
