On the right, is that the asteroid the Falcon hides in (or a near replica?) Brilliant.

The commute in September is going to be soooo painful. And the train is not the answer for where I work.

Thanks for providing all the timely info during the deadline. I relied on your posts a lot.

If only the front office could like build a decent team around him and win, but they have to admit they have done a poor job of it since their title and their drafting has been mid at best. It's a shame.

lol no.

I'll trust Brad knows what he's doing but I'm usually cautiously optimistic about any move. I'm guessing the asking price for Zubac as too steep. At least we didn't go and get Harden like the Cavs did....

Kinda hate to get 9 years older through the trade but Vucevic fills a need for now. Simmons was a great contributor though. He could really spark the offense when White or someone other than JB was not going. The ability to generate buckets like he did will be missed.

Nice write up, I hope something interesting happens at the deadline beyond moving salaries... although 97% chance that's what happens.

That's simply amazing to see such delicate work being done so well. Great choice on the Metric song too.

Fingers crossed it's a good series. I'll definitely give it a try

Totally had this as a kid. Of course his tongue got cut in half but it was magnificent to have and play with.

Good insight. To be clear, my comment was towards Randocats comment on splitting the pie between owners and NBA Players. My understanding for the WNBA is that it's not a league that makes money. Not sure how the players can be paid more. They should get the same split as NBA players

I use to agree with that, but then the Lakers signed Shaq and the cheap seats at Lakers games went from $19.95 a ticket to $80. The cost of going to a game has skyrocketed since the 90's and it's the fans who are punished by rising costs. It's hard to go to games regularly.

I think you skipped the Bulls game where Jaylen took 24 shots to score 14 points. Hopefully he does a reset and gets back to better ball than the last 2 games.

Your series about GrimJack has me trying to find the time and go back and reread the series myself. It's been decades since i have. Then I'll probably end up reading The Badger once again too. Then Scout. Thanks for the inspiration

nah, do not rush JT back, the history of recovery from this injury in the NBA for those who came back early is not great. KD is the only outlier from what I read.

lol awesome! Top 3 teams the C's always have to be are the Lakers, Sixers and Knicks. Lakers are #1 hated team, depends on the day who I dislike more the Sixers or Knicks for #2 but they can both remain ringless for the next 100 years.

Do you think the new 2026 cars will address the issue?
December 2, 2025 at 3:34 PM
Anyone watching the reply can plainly see it was a driving mishap by Kimi. It happens, it's allowed. He did nothing wrong. But don't toss all RB fans in with a small % of idiots. Every team has idiot fans.
December 2, 2025 at 3:15 PM
yes, but you watch F1 right? You see it's an issue right? The lead cars are seldomly caught on racing alone, the dynamics of clean air means too much.
December 2, 2025 at 3:08 PM
They are not getting rid of the new cash cow (the US), stop that nonsense. The market is too big and too lucrative for F1. Monaco has tradition and that's it. The track is too small for today's cars. I love tradition but it should go. Azerbaijan should go as well. What market is that tapping into?
December 2, 2025 at 3:07 PM
I get the sentiment but with the way F1 is now the car in font with clean air is uncatchable as is. A longer track would only make it more certain. Having to pit creates opportunity. Look at the chaos this past weekend. Too many races are determined on Saturday as is.

In order to see something Historic with Max's comeback completed need George, Kimi (or Carlos) to perform and get a podium ahead of Oscar. The margins are still slim for this unheard of comeback but it'd be something to witness. All 3 drivers are deserving though.
December 2, 2025 at 2:54 PM
The issue is happening over and over by various drivers at the same spot. It's not the drivers, it's the spot. They just have to add some visual aids so they can see the lines better. It's obvious the issue is the lack of lining there. Fix it and it will be a non issue
