Toyota's behaviour, once they realised they'd hobbled themselves by going all-in on hydrogen, has been utterly depressing. They could've been the standard-bearers for hybrids, EVs and hydrogen. Instead, they tried to make life difficult for their competitors.

Oh for the days when wit, invention and humanity used to offset the more sinister aspects of the ads. Now it's just front and centre for all to see. To think this will be nostalgia for someone growing up today; A digital melange of past media shat out by the most cynical people in history.
