eh, gopros are really awkwardly shaped, get in the way a lot for pov video, can probably just get away with a popup camera so its obvious when its on without relying on an LED, since it needs to physically protrude to have a sightline on anything other than a part of the HUD/glasses frame

honestly, even then, a camera alone is just practical, but it keeps being used by people in immoral ways rather than just to aid in HUD functions and communication (imagine guiding someone through something with POV video in real time)
