This set me up to not feel safe telling the truth, especially around owning my harms. Then I was further ashamed for my dishonesty. I carried this well into adulthood.

A surplus for some (wealth) can't exist unless the system also has a lacking for others (poverty). Better sharing is the only way to less pain in the world

Remember the saying "the givers need to know their limits cause the takers don't have any"? The takers have quite a bit of wealth and power at this point.

We can all go brush our teeth if we want to see the givers who've misplaced their boundaries

Sometimes I don't feel good enough. Like an imposter.

And that's when I need to turn to the part of me that feels like an imposter and provide it comfort. I say to myself:

"It's so hard to feel like an imposter. I'll be here with you so you don't have to be alone in that feeling."
