My favorite one from a story standpoint is Apex Predator / Berlin. You get to see 47 at potentially one of his most badass points in his life: killing up to 11 targets all alone. From the gameplay perspective, it's Miami. My opinion is that it's arguably the most iconic and fun map in the game.
