AWS (Amazon Web Services) are a part of Amazon. Even if you boycott Amazon.com, wherever you buy from online will be supported by AWS,Google etc, all are part of the same problem.Not buying items from Amazon doesn't mean you aren't paying for their services at some point,directly/ indirectly.

Right. So none of the websites you ever use are powered by AWS then? And how about Google, or Microsoft, or Snapdragon etc? That we are conversing now proves we are using devices with metals in that are mined by kids in Africa, South America etc. But is as simple as never buying from Amazon, yeah?

We live in a time where facts mean nothing. I am just glad I am a smoker,so hopefully I will be gone before the worst of humanity happens.Never has lung cancer seemed such an appealing option!I always told my doctor that smoking might well take 15 years off my life, but those are the worst years😂

And this is why I never wanted kids. Don't get me wrong, if I did I would cherish & protect them with all my heart, that is just instinct. But I wouldn't wish this world on anyone I loved and created. I thought this before Trump etc. Now I am only more convinced 😅

How can you effectively boycott Amazon, or Google, or oil companies, or any of those with the real money, power, & evil greedy intent in the world? Even with the best, most socially aware intentions, it seems impossible to achieve

Yep, I remember the hope that followed the Gorbachev era of Glasnost & Perestroika. The fall of the Berlin Wall, that east & west might not nuke everyone to oblivion. Turns out Russia/USSR was just regrouping, as the Roman Empire just became the Catholic Church.

This was always Putin's plan for dominating the West. Expose the corruption & hypocrisy of our democracies, and amplify these flaws to fever pitch. Flood our inadequate protections against corruption with so much corruption they cannot cope, so truth & lies are presented as indistinguishable
