I'm a European immigrant. I may not get as much hate thrown my way compared to those from Central and southern America but they def hate us too. I've been told to go home, stop taking their jobs, stop stealing their tax money. Mostly, it's uneducated supporters of a certain persuasion.

It's the "it's cheaper to deport than support" band wagoneers that get me. So not only are they claiming all immigrants are coming over to illegally vote but also to steal their tax money to get on welfare and food stamps. Oh and don't forget we are taking their jobs too... (Yes I'm an immigrant)

It could be a case of the, daycare is supposed to provide its own play space for the kids and they don't think public parks should be used for a business. I'm by no means saying that what the other commenters are saying is wrong, this is just an alternate way of looking at it.

No more free lunches in the rural community. Then again, they can't even afford to get a new school building and charge $70 for your kids to attend the school (it's not private it's public)

My kids got those free school lunches, because the school district gave them to everyone regardless of income. You got a snack stick (think jerky) a cheese stick, a piece of fruit, a juice box, applesauce and a snack pack of graham cracker teddy things. We moved out of that district to a rural one..
