Oh yeah, I'm in a university hospital so we don't get semesters off, but I know the school side gets Fridays of summer and winter breaks off.

Oh yeah then my suggestion on admin roles might be good, you rarely need a specific degree and it's often just a lot of paperwork every day. Only times I make calls now is to like order catering, or office supplies.

Also a lot of public institutions get glossed over by job seekers because they tend to be more benefit than salary focused (although many are unionized too which is nice) they tend to be a hassle to get in, but once you're in a lot of people stay for 10+ years

A lot of universities, hospitals, and research places have admin roles that are, in post cases at least partially WFH. Depends a lot based on the site, but if it's like a state school the benefits tend to be really good. Really depends on the place though. I'm 4 days WFH and 1 in office a week
