Thank you dear Vietnam Veteran 1st off for your service as a Medic Surgeon on 2 tours of Vietnam & 2nd for reminding me that the oath of service is to the constitution and NOT to the president!! They can refuse orders from the president if it goes against the constitution! Martial Law be damned!!!!
