Last time we saw Lincoln (CA) on the field was a 90-0 loss at Idaho State (w/ shortened quarters). They canceled on Davenport and told West Alabama they've got too many injuries to field a squad.

Alcorn St, MVSU, and Prairie View A&M all booked them as their homecoming opponent😅🤞

The hapless Lincoln (CA) Oaklanders cancelled their last two games, this week they're scheduled to head to Alcorn State...

The outcome of the game is a lock, the bigger question is whether non-NCAA/NAIA Lincoln will actually make it, and how many players they will even field.

Weird polling quirk: 34 AP voters had Cincinnati ahead of Iowa State, while only 19 had Iowa State ahead of Cincinnati (13 ranked neither). Because of where those votes fell, Iowa State finished at #22 and Cincinnati unranked.
