Consider this when an appraisal doesn't add up.
1. Pull recent comps and appeal them if needed.
2. Speak to the lender on what loan to value ratio (LTV) you can manage in order to renegotiate a successful price.
Lastly, the deal ends and the process starts again.

NNN, otherwise known as a Triple Net lease means addition to the base rent, tenants are responsible for property taxes, insurance and maintenance of the building. Landlords find Absolute NNN appealing as they secure longer lease terms and responsible for maintaining roofs, parking lots & lighting.
