I am never more upset than when I wake up on a day where I have no alarm set and I wake up before my work alarm would have gone off.

That’s a lie. I’m more upset when my friend of 19 years tragically.

But followed closely by the wake up thing.

Last night I was tired and got into bed without looking at the clock. If I would have guessed, it was probably 11 or 11:30…. And I was very wrong because it wasn’t until I was almost asleep that I heard a sound (the Disneyland fireworks) that I realized… it was only 9:30.

There’s no one more happy on television than Roy in Ted Lasso in the episode where he makes his players tie red strings around a… body part… which is tied to another player’s… body part… to keep them close and aware of their teammate while on the field. He hiss-laughs and it’s so perfect.
