basically i slept on the wrong hip last night and now my whole week is fucked lol (i am 25 years old)

according to google it could be Snapping Hip Syndrome (totally fine) or hip impingement or a labral tear or whatever . either way i wish that doctor took it srsly when i was like 7 years old because now it hurts a lot as a 25 year old :/

anyways i can pop my left hip in and out of socket and make the bones grind against each other (but then it hurts for days afterwards) and as a kid when i went to a doctor for it he just said “well Don’t Do That”

anyways now i have so much pain if i stand for more than 30 minutes. but ive already done a whole year of physical therapy for this and it hasn’t changed anything. and im scared ill need a hip replacement by the time im 40 lmfao. Anyways. My shit hurts so bad rn ok time to go to work byeee
