I agree entirely but as for better life goals, I think we are shit out of luck with those ones.

Also my partner is a bisexual man and he romanced Dorian and had the time of his life. Which for some reason reminds me: one thing I liked about Veilguard is that the characters are bisexual not simply "playersexual" coz there's a big difference in representation imo.

Although apparently he was named after prince Dorian from The Almighty Hercules, he always reminded me of both of the character Dorian gray and also Oscar wildes writing and the fact that Oscar was gay.

If none of it was even remotely intentional please leave me in blissful ignorance, I beg.

We domesticated pigeons and then abandoned them with very little survival skills outside their dependence on us. Can't judge the fish by the hook in its mouth.

For the humans that hated them and put them in alienages, and wanted to erase their culture. They could have been much worse colonialist if they did that, like what happened to Australia Aboriginal people.

One issue with Fiona being his mum is that didn't that make it canon that half elves always presented as human. So the only people capable of looking like actual elves are people born of2elves? It feels like it would have been so easy to visually erase and "assimilate" the elves into human culture.

Fiona in skyhold does reveal this though and talks about how she loved him which was enough for me.

I really do agree with this, I feel like it was a curtain drop and everything did make sense and line up for the most part. I had a 20k character note in my phone on theories that all ended up being related except things that weren't touched on in Veilguard.

Flemeth was my favourite character from the moment I played origins when I was In highschool & miserable. Everything she said I wrote down in a little book like she was a famous poet. It broke my heart when my love killed the character that saved my life. Truly moving and horrifically beautiful. 😭
