Oh that scallywag.
Alicia begins to swell up, growing increasingly larger, her stomach implied to be filling with more and more eggs while the rest of her body grows as well, becoming pudgier and wider. As she grows flustered, Alex talks to her, saying that he has cast magic spells on her that allow her to become pregnant over and over, but never lay her eggs. He says that he's been hiding this for years now, keeping her shrunk down into a somewhat more manageable state, but that he is now removing the magic that is keeping her shrunk down, allowing her to begin growing into what she truly ought to be like. He speculates just how many eggs are inside her, implying there could be anywhere from scores to hundreds. Some narrative text declares that this scene is now, possibly, days after the previous page. Alicia is revealed to have swollen up into a nearly round blob, fat and full of eggs. Semen is smears across her implying long sessions of sex, while Alex stands naked nearby looking pleased. Alicia says that she feels like she's finally finished growing, and begs Alex to let her birth her eggs at last. Alex says that instead he's just going to shrink her down again, taking pleasure in the idea of being able to revert her to this immobile, enlarged state any time he wants. He taunts her some more, saying this is her true self now. Alex says what is implied to be a hypnotic trigger-word and Alicia suddenly reverts back to her old self as she was at the beginning of the comic, posed in front of the refrigerator, while Alex runs away. Alicia is angry, believing that Alex has once again hypnotized her to experience a false, hallucinatory experience of herself as a submissive house wife. She considers chasing after Alex to get revenge on him, but instead, after standing in embarrassed and frustrated thought a moment, she merely skulks away. It is ambiguous whether or not everything just experience is real and this ending is a hypnotic illusion, or if the encounter was the illusion and this is real.

Alicia and Alex are talking. As they chat, Alex insinuates that, beginning some years ago, he has magically transformed Alicia into a domesticated, docile and pregnant housewife, and that he has momentarily hypnotized her to believe otherwise. As Alicia grapples with the reality of what's happening to her, Alex assures her it IS real, and explains that not only is she a highly fetishized housewife, but they are now married, and he has been training her to be soft and obedient. As Alex starts to fuck her, Alicia begins loudly proclaiming her joy with the situation. And yet... ...Alicia suddenly reverts back to a thin and un-trained 'normal' self. She chases Alex, swearing she's gonna get him, and it's left somewhat ambiguous whether her transformation into a pregnant housewife was the hypnotic illusion, or if that was reality, and this is fake.
