And for the record, as an ex smoker, who is now sober too (and struggled with both since my teens) I do get it. Especially as some films and TV shows recently have overdone it so much that smoking has become the lead character. Just playing devil's advocate 😊

Could say the same about drinking, though, one of the leading causes of death and addiction, but it's celebrated, well, actually encouraged. A lot of these elements are used to show reality/normality, and hey, people smoke and drink 🤷🏻‍♀️ why not say the same about violence, too...
