Saw 53 species @northcavewet.bsky.social today. Happy with that. Finally saw a resident Little Owl and my first Siskin & TSparrows of ‘25. Great looking M Brambling too. Missed out a few rarer spots but hey ho. Big lens? Nah, iPhone works fine. #YorkshireBirds

Haven’t been out #birdwatching since before Xmas, due to work and the weather, but the wintery conditions have brought 3 new species to my garden this week. Common Gull (!), Pied Wagtail, and today a nice surprise of a Blackcap. #YorkshireBirds #YorkshireBirding #Huddersfield
