I feel this so much. I have this awful tendency to christen any new knife with a finger slice. I have nightmares about it, which are invariably more terrifying than the actual inevitable event. And then there is the accidental but regular kitchen burns 🤦‍♀️

Self-crusting silverbeet quiche. Super quick and easy and can add or change ingredients depending on what is in the fridge.
