A fleet of vessels in space that are a hybrid of sci-fi spacecraft and sailing ships, along with pirates riding on the back of a space dragon. The text reads: THE CARMINE PACT - An alliance formed by the rebellious inhabitants of the Ulani Reach—composed of freedom fighters and pirates alike—they seek to break from the Constellar League's hands, which have kept a tight grip on the sector for
