Wrong. Chavez pd gas CO’s for their equip.USA will reduce Ven.’s oil output-its needs new equip & that will take 10 yrs. oil co’s won’t spend $ & get kicked out again.They reduce Ven’s output, profits for oil company goes up. USA has a stockpile, they sell when prices go up.OPEC has less control.

Don’t recommend for Canada - I have one but repair won’t repair, only replace. It’s now a brick on the side of my house.
