It depends on the type of lease. Many commercial leases are triple net, so the tenant pays property taxes, utilities, insurance, and maintenance. If it's a multi-tenant building, they'd pay their pro-rated share of common area expenses.

Usually for commercial real estate the tenant is directly responsible for the taxes, or for their prorated share.

Won't these obstacles to voting they're throwing up catch their own voters in their own trap? How many MAGA have current passports? How many MAGA wives changed their names after marriage? How many MAGA vote by mail? They may be disenfranchising themselves, ultimately.

They went to great lengths not to be seen together. In emails, Epstein suggests meeting, Bannon says no, they're surveilling your house. Bannon then shoots down several locations before agreeing to meet at Epstein's apartment building, where staff will greet him at the back entrance, in the alley.
