NO i totally get this - for me, i didn’t have a passport at all so i figured i might as well use the injunction to get a correct one. all my id’s have different gender markers so the gov knows i’m trans either way tbh

i will admit, it was a little disconcerting to sign an attestation to my transsexual nature and send my birth certificate to this current state dept, but i do think it was ultimately worth it in the end.
