I don’t care how old he would be. Obviously a trade for a 34 year old costs less than a 27 year old. If he’s “old” though his contract can’t be long enough or large enough to jam them up 2 years from now

It’s tough because if you lose 2 top 6 F’s their spots are filled with promotion from the bottom 6. In the end neither group is as good. I think the fourth line is missing a winger and it’s affecting them as much as the 2nd line not having a center.

Morning Brian, I think your numbers support my position on Reinbacher, patience is the key. But apart the numbers I’ll stay patient because mgt has earned that, I don’t believe they made that bad a mistake. But the injuries are concerning

It’s easy to blame him but it’s very difficult spot to be in, he’s got the puck, probably wanted to dump it but doesn’t want to give up possession. His 2 linemates gave him zero support. I’m sure he feels like shit but when it’s 3 v 3 you need support

Mike you’re right, logically but I still remember 87, I was at the Second City in Toronto the Saturday, that’s how clearly I remember. It made no sense that they missed the playoffs that year but they did. Now I believe that they’ll get their act together when they get back home but I don’t bet
