All I could think of reading that was this. They aren't twins though.
Painting Princes in the Tower by John Evertt Millais. The Princes in the Tower refers to the mystery of the fate of the deposed King Edward V of England and his younger brother Prince Richard of Shrewsbury, Duke of York, heirs to the throne of King Edward IV of England. The brothers were the only sons of the king by his queen, Elizabeth Woodville, living at the time of their father's death in 1483. Aged 12 and 9 years old, respectively, they were lodged in the Tower of London by their paternal uncle and England's regent, Richard, Duke of Gloucester, in preparation for Edward V's forthcoming coronation.

Happy solstice, Yule and gotcha day for Rocky. Here is Rocky in the car coming with us at just 8 weeks. His ears are taped. It doesn't hurt him, but helps strengthen them so they stay up.

30 cards completed. I'll probably need 10-15 more. I wanted them to mail today but someone (my mom) is dragging their feet in the completion process. At least people will get them this year.

Owls will be up tomorrow afternoon. I just need to sew on their pupils. Pork King the pig #1 progress. It's hand dyed linen and half machineand hand sewn. I really like how he's coming along. He needs clothing and his crown.

Here's the result. I used Dharmatrading.com dusty pink on 100% linen. I didn't have enough salt to do more but I think it's enough to start. Do you think it's the right pink for a pig plush?

Pope Leo XIV at the microphone looking like he's singing or rapping. Since the techno laser birthday party, it seems the Pope likes some old school dance music. Gregorian chant music was very popular in the 1990s. The Pope definitely would have heard it.
