Plus, there's always a chance a revisit to the plane will result in more staples being printed in-universe to that plane. But UB settings might never see another printing.

But with regular Magic sets, all of the Commander staples are already in-universe because of the omen paths now opening doors for cross-planar travel. So you don't need plane-specific versions of staples for aesthetic unity.
