ARG flying back on Bessent’s comments earlier.. thought it strange to include piece about potential purchase of USD govt bonds (global USDs I guess?) - I guess some Arg 29 or 30s could complement their INTC stake nicely

Credit spreads tightest/strongest I’ve seen since 2017. Can <insert all in yield >> spread > arguement here but still think we will look back in next 3m wondering what were ppl thinking with HYG/LQD/EMB at these spreads. Big test coming w/ Sept issuance restart next week.
