I think some of the risks could be the confidentiality issues and data privacy, such as uploading sensitive documents or embargoed information.
This could be mitigate, with the creation of some rules about which data can and cannot be entered.#UCWPUBR300

Research, it’s important because it helps you to understand, who is your audience, what they care about, and how they currently see the brand. An example of this could be to encourage public transit use.#UCWPUBR300
